Services
Basic services include the suite availability, the swimming pool, the Turkish bath, the sauna, the fitness hall, the polyvalent sports ground, the table tennis, the soccer table, mountain bikes and the cleaning service.
It is possible to reserve a weekly or a week-end accommodation.
For a week accomodation (from saturday to next saturday) guests will be expected from 2 to 4 p.m. on saturday and they have to leave within 10 a.m. next saturday
For a week-end accommodation (from Friday to Sunday) check in timed from 4 p.m to 6 p.m. Of every friday and check out time until 6 a.m.of Sunday.
There are several extra services at your disposal:

- A local master chef can be at your disposal during your stay, to discover the real taste and some secrets of the Italian and regional cooking.
On request we organize cooking classes and wine tasting with master chefs and sommeliers. - Food Shopping
- To those who wish to use their own kitchen, it is available a list of shops, markets and local farms where to buy foods, drinks and essential products.
On request we make available a personal shopper to help you with your buying in the area (to book one day in advance). - Beauty & Wellness
- Expert beauticians are available to make-up, manicure, pedicure, hairdressing, massages and beauty treatments for face and body.
- Fitness
- If you wish professional personal trainers can help you to get benefit to your body through a personal fitness training.
- Fishing & Snorkeling
- We can organize for you long lining or underwater fishing beatings and scuba diving in the beautiful waters of the Pontine Isles.
- Boat Tour
- If you like to spend one day on a boat, we make available a cabin cruiser boat with a skipper for one day long.

- In the dwelling sorroundings (see the link "Around us") there are lots of interesting places from an artistic, cultural, archaeological, naturalistic and oengastronomic point of view.
